Acculi Labs, co-founded in May 2017 by Rupam Das and Hari Prasath M and based in Bengaluru, develops deep-tech healthcare solutions for home-based diagnostics and monitoring. Its flagship product, Lyfas, is a mobile-enabled platform that helps early-stage asymptomatic patients access doctors sooner through simple routine diagnostics and monitoring. Acculi says Lyfas can non-invasively capture psychophysiological biomarkers via a mobile app and deliver a comprehensive health report in three minutes; the product line expanded from a single cardiac assessment to a broader suite of healthcare solutions. The company also developed Lyra, an AI described as able to communicate with both silicon and carbon-based life forms, and launched Lyfas Udyam, a micro-enterprise circular-economy initiative for small business owners. Acculi raised $1.5M in a fresh round led by Sabi Holding India Ltd. at a $25M valuation and had previously raised Rs 5 crore in a 2020 seed round led by PirE Ventures. The new funds will be used to grow headcount, boost operational effectiveness and infrastructure, and accelerate development of its conscious AI insights systems. Acculi Labs develops mobile-first tools for patient-centric disease profiling and monitoring, with a flagship product called Lyfas, a clinical-grade digital biomarker tool. The company aims to make home-based care accessible to all sections of society and positions its asset-light, tech-driven models as plug-and-play for OPD, telemedicine and post-surgery care. Acculi plans to deploy the new capital to expand its research and development facilities and to enhance its go-to-market strategy. The startup was founded by Rupam Das in 2017 and has previously raised an undisclosed pre-seed round from angel investors and Bengaluru-based Startup Basket in September of the prior year. Financially, the company has just completed a seed raise (see below) and remains in early-stage funding with product-focused investment priorities. PirE Ventures is identified as the seed investor in the round.
