Adents provides Adents Pharma Suite, a standardized and fully configurable serialization and traceability software that integrates with ERP/MES and existing production and packaging equipment. The software is designed to accelerate implementation lead times—up to five times faster than other solutions—and to help drug manufacturers comply with emerging regulatory requirements. Adents has generated and managed more than 2 billion unique codes globally. The company says its solutions address mandates such as the US Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and the EU Falsified Medicines Directive (EU FMD). Founded in 2007, Adents operates in Europe, Canada and the United States and has grown following a strategic collaboration with Siemens. The company intends to expand its global network of solution partners and penetrate new international markets, notably the U.S., the Middle East and Asia. Adents develops software for unique product unit identification and traceability, specializing in serialization solutions for pharmaceutical packaging lines. Its platform generates and pilots unique codes and is described as the only standard serialization solution on the market, enabling fast, low-disruption deployments. The company says its software has already generated and piloted more than one billion unique codes. Adents plans to expand its international presence and accelerate deployment in Europe and North America, having opened subsidiaries in Canada and the United States. Financially, the company has secured nearly €15 million in funding since its 2007 founding and just completed an €8.5 million capital increase. Headquarters are in Massy, France, and the product addresses regulatory serialization deadlines impacting global prescription medicine production. ADENTS HTI develops a range of software products designed to manage product traceability from initial packing stages through delivery management and tracking. Its systems collect and process data by integrating acquisition from production and expedition sites with a web server for real-time exploitation and analysis. The software also includes functionality to limit raw material dispersion during order preparation. The company was founded in 2007 and is led by President Christophe Devins. ADENTS HTI raised €1m in equity funding from NAXICAP Partners. It intends to use the new funds to expand its commercialization efforts in France and abroad.
