    Founded in 1999 by Claude Robin, Amarris is an expertise-comptable group that serves more than 50,000 clients and employs over 800 people across 30 sites. The company offers an integrated digital environment including invoice reception and processing, billing software, one-click payments, professional accounts and real-time business dashboards, enhanced by artificial intelligence. Amarris emphasizes technological independence as a strategic differentiator to onboard and integrate acquired firms while preserving client proximity and firm autonomy. It has recently accelerated external growth—adding six structures since Naxicap's entry in November 2025 and generating roughly €20 million of additional activity—while integrating over 230 new collaborators. The group is expanding its presence across regions such as Bretagne, Normandie, Pays de la Loire, Hauts-de-France and Nouvelle-Aquitaine and is pursuing development in Belgium.

    Witco (formally known as MonBuilding) is a Paris-based provider of a smart building app led by CEO Eliane Lugassy. The app offers over 50 customizable modules that use real-time data to centralize services for occupants, including room, office and gym reservations, problem reporting, visitor management, internal messaging and event organization. Companies can choose the functionalities they need, and the solution is adapted for offices (HQ and multi-tenant), coworking spaces and managed residential buildings. Witco serves clients across 200 cities, in over 800 buildings and is used by 5,000 companies, with customers such as Amundi, Swiss Life, IPSEN, Guerlain, AXA IM, Covivio, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Union Investments and Unibail URW. The company has 50 employees across offices in Paris, Lyon and Madrid. Following a $14m Series A, it plans to use the proceeds to launch in the UK and expand into Germany and Spain.

    Adents provides Adents Pharma Suite, a standardized and fully configurable serialization and traceability software that integrates with ERP/MES and existing production and packaging equipment. The software is designed to accelerate implementation lead times—up to five times faster than other solutions—and to help drug manufacturers comply with emerging regulatory requirements. Adents has generated and managed more than 2 billion unique codes globally. The company says its solutions address mandates such as the US Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and the EU Falsified Medicines Directive (EU FMD). Founded in 2007, Adents operates in Europe, Canada and the United States and has grown following a strategic collaboration with Siemens. The company intends to expand its global network of solution partners and penetrate new international markets, notably the U.S., the Middle East and Asia. Adents develops software for unique product unit identification and traceability, specializing in serialization solutions for pharmaceutical packaging lines. Its platform generates and pilots unique codes and is described as the only standard serialization solution on the market, enabling fast, low-disruption deployments. The company says its software has already generated and piloted more than one billion unique codes. Adents plans to expand its international presence and accelerate deployment in Europe and North America, having opened subsidiaries in Canada and the United States. Financially, the company has secured nearly €15 million in funding since its 2007 founding and just completed an €8.5 million capital increase. Headquarters are in Massy, France, and the product addresses regulatory serialization deadlines impacting global prescription medicine production. ADENTS HTI develops a range of software products designed to manage product traceability from initial packing stages through delivery management and tracking. Its systems collect and process data by integrating acquisition from production and expedition sites with a web server for real-time exploitation and analysis. The software also includes functionality to limit raw material dispersion during order preparation. The company was founded in 2007 and is led by President Christophe Devins. ADENTS HTI raised €1m in equity funding from NAXICAP Partners. It intends to use the new funds to expand its commercialization efforts in France and abroad.

Founded in 2008 by Claude Lemardeley, the company offers an SDK to deliver personalized user experiences. Its technology enables real-time, secure communications between mobile devices and backend systems and uses a communication protocol to maintain connectivity to mobile services regardless of network state. The company closed an additional $2.7M in financing in March 2013. It intends to use the funds for international expansion, including adding sales and support resources to its Palo Alto office.

    Port Adhoc, created in 2004, is a service company that builds and operates dry-stack marinas to address a shortage of port places in France. Its core product is dry-stack marina facilities offering boat storage and associated services. The company has established marinas in Paimpol (Brittany) and followed with dry stacks in Soubise, Leucate and Bayonne. Port Adhoc plans to create the first network of dry-stack marinas along the French coasts comprising 15 marinas and roughly 5,000 places. To support this expansion the company secured new capital of €3M from institutional investors. The financing aims to fund roll-out of additional marinas and scale the network across France.
