  • HappyRobot

    Led · Series C · Aug 2026

HappyRobot builds a vertical AI platform of production-ready agents that automate operational tasks across logistics, freight, and customer support. Its agents handle end-to-end work across phone, email, chat, document parsing, web browsing, and backend data entry, combining transcription, LLMs, voice generation, OCR, and browser automation. The platform integrates with TMS, ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems and is already used in production to negotiate shipping rates, book appointments, collect payments, recruit staff, and provide stakeholder updates. Founded in 2023 in Spain, the company emphasizes domain-specific agents tailored to messy, fragmented operational workflows rather than general-purpose copilots. HappyRobot plans to use new funding to expand hiring across engineering, go-to-market, and forward-deployed engineering teams who work on-site with clients to tailor and maintain AI workflows. Its rise is driven by labour shortages, rising operational complexity, and the inefficiencies of fragmented software stacks. HappyRobot builds an agentic AI conversational platform that automates complex logistics communications—handling inbound and outbound calls, carrier negotiations, data capture, load updates, scheduling, and payment-status inquiries. The platform integrates with existing systems to provide real-time analytics, intent detection, and 24/7 operational support. Customers report the AI agents have halved call times and reduced operational costs by roughly one third; by August the system had completed over 100,000 AI-driven calls and the company expects ten times that next year. HappyRobot’s agents answer calls 24/7 with no hold time, enabling human staff to focus on higher-value work. Notable customers include Flexport, Job&Talent, Spot Inc., Syfan Logistics, Best Bay Logistics, and Circle Logistics. The company says it will use new funding to accelerate product development and expand and support its customer base to transform logistics operations.

  • Fonoa

    Participated · Series C · May 2026

Fonoa offers a modular tax operating system built to manage the full indirect tax lifecycle on a single shared data model and audit trail. Its modules include tax ID validation, real-time tax determination, e-invoicing, and returns, with AI agents that monitor obligations, populate returns, catch anomalies, and assemble audit packs. The company supports tax determination across 190+ jurisdictions, validates tax IDs in 100+ countries, powers e-invoicing for millions of sellers, and processes more than a billion transactions annually. Fonoa was founded by three Uber alumni and counts customers such as Canva, Uber, Netflix, Nebius, and Booking.com. With the $110M Series C and the acquisition of PwC’s Edge platform, Fonoa plans to integrate compliance and filing capabilities, scale engineering resources, and accelerate AI-enabled features toward an autonomous tax operating system.

  • Olyzon

    Participated · Series A · May 2026

Olyzon builds an agentic decisioning layer for connected TV (CTV) advertising that uses AI agents to qualify the CTV universe, plan media across pipes, activate decisions into DSPs/SSPs and publisher ad servers, and normalize measurement into composite KPIs. Its platform is already deployed with major agencies and brands, including Publicis, WPP, OMD, Mastercard, Loewe, Audi, McDonald's, and DoorDash. The company emphasizes orchestration rather than replacement of existing DSPs and measurement partners, claiming its agents close the optimization loop across planning, activation, and measurement. Olyzon is headquartered in Paris and maintains offices in New York and London. The recent $10 million Series A led by S4S Ventures and participation from Eurazeo will fund U.S. expansion, the opening of a London office, product milestones, and global team growth. The company plans to share further product and partnership updates at Cannes Lions.

  • Lexroom.ai

    Participated · Series B · May 2026

Lexroom.ai develops AI infrastructure for legal professionals using a data-first approach grounded in a proprietary database of over six million verified legal sources, including legislation, case law and regulatory materials. The platform is designed to reduce fabrications and reliability issues in generative AI by structuring continuously updated source material for legal research and retrieval. Lexroom reports more than 8,000 law firm and corporate legal team customers, with most users engaging daily. Financially, the company has raised over $73 million to date after closing a $50 million Series B led by Left Lane Capital. The new capital will fund expansion into civil law markets across Europe, starting with Spain and Germany, and support building local teams and jurisdiction-specific capabilities in partnership with firms in those markets.

  • LegalPlace

    Led · Series C · May 2026

Founded in 2016 by Racem Flazi, Mehdi Ouchallal and Samuel Goldstein, LegalPlace provides services to entrepreneurs for company creation and ongoing administrative and legal management. Through acquisitions, including the recent purchase of competitor Legalstart, the group now claims to cover about 20% of company creations in France and employs roughly 500 people. The company sold its Kanoon document-generation platform to Silae to concentrate on a unified "super app" for very small businesses. LegalPlace is developing new platform features such as an instant company-formation product and an AI agent to manage accounting and formalities. Management is targeting €100 million in revenue in 2026 and is preparing a European expansion that may be accompanied by further fundraising.
