Adway provides a patented advanced optical system with small, smart projectors that display static and video content on the sides of vehicles. Its platform combines geofencing, real-time data collection and analytics, and Bluetooth-based proximity detection to report audience exposure anonymously to advertisers. Devices collect and transmit data to clients' dashboards in real time so advertisers can monitor campaign performance and control spend and targeting more granularly. Drivers use the Adway driver app to monitor performance, facilitate payouts and earn passive income by displaying brand logos, ads and other graphics via projections. Advertisers including Cisco/Webex, Sweetfin, Rip Curl, Sandland, Sky Zone and ROW 8 have used the platform to target specific locations with dynamic messaging. The company, led by CEO Sasha Krylov, raised $6M in seed funding and intends to use the proceeds for commercialization of its system.
