Overview

AirSlate offers a suite of no-code tools and an AirSlate Business Cloud for PDF editing, e-signature workflows and document process automation, enabling users to author documents, create workflows and manage roles. The platform leverages RPA and rules-based bots to integrate with services, extract data, send reminders, automate approvals and facilitate tasks like payments and data updates. AirSlate reports more than 900,000 customers and 100 million users worldwide across its workflow solutions. The company was founded in 2008 (originally as PDFfiller) and has about 1,000 employees and full-time contractors, with plans to nearly double that headcount across Ukraine, Poland, the U.S. and other countries. AirSlate says it has remained resilient despite 80% of its workforce being based in Kyiv during the war and plans to continue delivering new solutions. To date the company has raised $185.3 million in financing, a portion of which is debt. airSlate offers a no-code business automation platform that enables non-technical users to automate front- and back-office processes, including onboarding, sales workflows, contracts, and payments. Its product portfolio includes pdfFiller, signNow, and USLegal and serves tens of millions of users worldwide. The company emphasizes a fully-digital, remote-work-first environment with industry-leading security and compliance standards. Customers include organizations such as Eversource and the Government of Australia. airSlate plans to expand product functionality and integrations, build up its sales and marketing organization, and enter new international markets. The company aims to bolster sales to over $100 million ARR in 2021 and has raised $80 million in total capital to date.
