Andjaro

20 Rue Sainte-Croix-de-la-Bretonnerie, Paris, Île-de-France, 75004, France

Overview

Andjaro offers a platform that maps, reallocates and load-balances internal workforce to cover absences, prioritizing voluntary internal staff before part-time, casual and temporary workers. The tool is powered by algorithms: managers select a desired profile and the platform’s funnel searches internal pools and external categories if needed. By enabling internal reallocation instead of agencies, Andjaro aims to cut labor costs and give employees experience in other parts of the organisation. The startup reports having powered more than 160,000 staff movements and saved its clients over €15 million in costs, and today works with more than 40,000 employees across customers including Elior, Sodexo, Engie and Dalkia. Andjaro launched in Belgium and the UK and was founded in 2015. The recent funding will be used to grow across Western Europe and expand the team, with about fifteen open positions focused on technology and operations. Andjaro offers a workforce 'load-balancing' platform that lets large organisations move available internal staff between locations to cover demand instead of hiring temporary or fixed-term contract workers. The platform both cuts labour costs and provides employees opportunities to experience other parts of the organisation, increasing workforce interconnectedness. Andjaro reports it has powered more than 50,000 staff movements and saved clients an estimated €7 million in costs. It also generated more than 2,000 days of staff movements in a few months, supporting nationwide deployments with major French customers such as Accor Hotels, Crèche Attitude, Elior, Engie Ineo, Groupe Flo, ISS, LeNotre, and Sodexo. The company will use the new funds to accelerate growth, hire, and expand into international markets. Andjaro was founded in 2015 by Alexandre Ramin, Benoit Ozan, Ivan de Pontevès and Quentin Guilluy.
