Anthropos builds an employee upskilling platform that centralises company skills, employee experiences and training libraries while planning dedicated career paths for every role. Its software verifies soft and technical skills at hiring, training and progression stages and includes customisable virtual job simulations to screen and prepare candidates at scale. The simulations let users make mistakes in safe, coached environments and are designed to help employees learn conversational and cross-team skills. The platform also acts as a skills network so employees can see colleagues’ skills, learn how they acquired them, and identify potential mentors. Anthropos launched earlier this year and plans to provide companies and employees access to thousands of skill paths and AI simulations across multiple departments that organisations can customise. The company has offices in the US and Switzerland.
