  • Exclaim Robotics

    Led · Seed · Aug 2026

Exclaim Robotics develops mobile robots that autonomously navigate data halls, access rack fronts and perform hands-on maintenance tasks inside live server racks. Its initial scope focuses on narrow, high-frequency interventions such as cleaning and replacing fibre-optic connectors and SFPs, handling copper cabling, and swapping failed drives. The company emphasizes operating safely inside live 800-volt racks and aims to reduce labour-intensive manual maintenance while improving operational efficiency for data centre operators. Founder Helen Oleynikova, who has prior robotics experience at Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, Willow Garage and ETH Zürich, leads the team alongside founding engineer Patrick Pfreundschuh, with two more founding engineers planned to join in 2027. Exclaim has positioned itself alongside startups such as Boost Robotics, Watney Robotics and Gecko Robotics in the data-centre robotics market and has stated goals of accelerating product development using its recent funding.

  • Stellar Alpina

    Led · Seed · May 2026

Founded in 2026 by Rick Röthlisberger, Simi Y. Wespi, Victor Elliesen, and Patrick Egli, Stellar Alpina develops rotating detonation rocket engines (RDREs) and in-space vehicle architectures aimed at orbital mobility, high-energy transfers, and future deep-space infrastructure. The company argues that detonative propulsion can extract more energy from the same amount of propellant than conventional deflagration engines, enabling smaller, lighter, and higher-performance systems. Within 82 days of incorporation it built test infrastructure and completed a full engine test campaign for Engine 0, conducting eight detonative hotfires and capturing footage showing up to five stable detonation waves. The article highlights these tests as the first known commercial RDRE hotfire milestones in Europe. Stellar Alpina positions its technology to address gaps in in-space mobility for satellite repositioning, in-space servicing, and lunar transfer architectures. The company plans to use the pre-Seed funding to turn its test momentum into engines designed for the next era of in-space mobility.

  • AVIAN

    Led · Seed · May 2026

AVIAN deploys an end-to-end thermal monitoring platform composed of infrared camera hardware, anomaly-detection models, smart alarms, predictive maintenance reports, a notification engine, and 24/7 human support. The system continuously monitors critical components (motors, bearings, conveyors, presses, electrical cabinets), learns site-specific normal behavior, detects early heat-pattern drift, and filters routine heat sources to reduce false alarms. Customers can typically be up and running in minutes, and each alarm event is analyzed to improve detection across the fleet. AVIAN claims deployments at about 50 sites in nine countries and says its system has saved over $50 million by preventing fires and downtime, with customer examples including Kamps Pallet, Sierra Pacific Industries, and Schilliger Holz. The company was founded in 2023 and is on track to exceed $1 million ARR in 2026. Its roadmap includes producing real-time, site-level risk assessments from its growing camera fleet and extending capabilities beyond thermal with AVIAN Vision to detect smoke and fire using CCTV.

  • Mosaic SoC

    Led · Seed · Apr 2026

Mosaic SoC develops integrated circuits that process visual and positional sensor data to provide real-time spatial awareness in energy-constrained devices. Its chips use a proprietary multi-core architecture (eight or more cores) engineered to maximize performance per watt compared with single- or dual-core approaches. The company targets applications such as smart glasses, always-on camera tracking in smartphones, and other wearable form factors that require continuous perception without high power draw. Mosaic is building AI deployment toolchains and compilers so firmware developers can leverage its architecture and plans to transition from NRE engineering engagements to product revenues from chip sales. In its first year the company has already secured meaningful revenue through NRE contracts with ODM partners. The company was founded by Moritz Scherer and Alfio Di Mauro, both PhDs from ETH Zurich.

  • Lobby

    Led · Equity · Mar 2026

Lobby has developed an AI-driven platform that automates the end-to-end lifecycle of B2B and group booking requests received via email, reducing response times by 75% and boosting conversion rates by up to 15%. The platform can understand booking intent and requirements in over 100 languages, check availability across systems, validate contracts and negotiated terms, select correct rates, manage inventory and allotments, draft tailored quotes and RFPs, follow up on unanswered offers, and convert accepted offers into reservations or blocks in property management systems. Lobby says it can handle complex scenarios such as a 300-room group booking across multiple dates, different room types, events and ongoing modifications in seconds. Integrations with Gmail, Outlook and PMS systems are designed to be quick (new integrations average four days) and onboarding can take up to two days. Customers can choose full automation or a human-in-the-loop model that allows staff to review and approve quotes before sending. The company plans to expand its solution into MICE, experiences and attractions, cruises and airlines as part of its near-term growth strategy.
