Auk Eco produces helautomated plantedyrkere (fully automated plant growers) and is led by founders Didrik Dimmen and Marius Aabels. The company has sold about 12,000 units in Norway to largely satisfied customers. After a weak 2022, sales picked up sharply in late 2022 (notably during a Black Week campaign) and the company sold out in December. Auk Eco cites a total addressable market of USD 5–10 billion and guides for 120% growth in 2023 with NOK 40–45M in revenue. The company targets NOK 400M in revenue by 2027. From March 20 Auk Eco will be available at Jernia and is in talks with 10 additional retailers.
