Overview
Autonomous A2Z develops autonomous vehicle technologies with a hybrid engineering approach that combines rule-based algorithms and AI-driven decision systems aimed at achieving Level 4 autonomy. The company operates a research center in Pyeongchon, Gyeonggi, and runs autonomous mobility projects in markets including Singapore (in partnership with Grab), the United Arab Emirates, and Japan, where it has begun robotaxi trials. It has accumulated total funding of 122.5 billion won following the recent 40.5 billion won pre-IPO round and is preparing for a Kosdaq listing. Planned uses of capital include expanding domestic and international projects and procuring sensors, controllers, and vehicle components. Autonomous A2Z is preparing to participate in a large-scale pilot program led by the South Korea Ministry of Transport. The company says it aims to accelerate commercial deployment of Level 4 driverless vehicles and to build a global data network to support that goal.
