Founded in 2023, Besty AI began as a communications tool and expanded into AI-driven automation across guest communications, operations and revenue management for short-term rental providers. Its platform integrates with major property management systems such as Guesty, OwnerRez, Hostaway and Hospitable, and includes an agentic conversational upselling engine that targets orphan nights and ancillary upgrades like early/late checkout. Besty serves roughly 300 customers and manages 30,000 properties across 25 countries. Over the past year the company scaled its team from eight to 22 employees and is continuing to hire. Management plans to grow the enterprise segment while using the recent seed funding to further develop the product and support sales and marketing efforts.
