Betaworks Studios, launched in 2018 by parent firm Betaworks, operates a membership-based co-working club in New York City’s Meatpacking District that serves entrepreneurs, artists, engineers and creatives. The studio charges $2,400 per year or $225 per month for membership. It has hosted roughly 11,000 people for meetings and speaking events and currently operates a single club location. Betaworks brought on Daphne Kwon to run the studio arm. The studio was created to extend Betaworks’ resources and network to the broader entrepreneurial community. With the new investment it plans to open additional studios.
