  • Climatic

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2026

Climatic is building a new consumer category around proactive, everyday lung care. Grounded in more than three years of research led by Chief Science Officer Dr. Dale Christensen of Duke University Medical Center, the company’s first product is L Max, a daily lung health system slated to launch in late spring 2026. In pre-clinical studies, a single dose of L Max improved mucus clearance by over 50% within minutes, with effects lasting eight hours, and the result has been replicated in more than ten independent tests. A five-week user study with endurance athletes showed 98% reporting easier breathing and an average 6% improvement in time trials, while 80% saw better heart-rate variability; a larger randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial is underway. Co-founded by CEO Eric Kau (former Seed Health COO) and CCO Allie Melnick (former Harry’s executive), Climatic has assembled advisors from Mayo Clinic, elite athletics, and leading consumer brands. The company plans to expand its portfolio into additional products addressing environmental health stressors. Climatic’s $10 million seed financing provides the capital to accelerate research, grow the team, and prepare for product launch.

  • SuperCircle

    Participated · Series A · Dec 2025

SuperCircle operates a digital operating system that ingests more than 50 garment-level data points to create a ‘digital twin’ for each item, allowing its proprietary AI sort engine to route apparel, footwear, home and health textiles to the most profitable and sustainable next-life option across 50+ reuse and recycling channels. The platform supports post-consumer trade-ins as well as post-industrial disposition, serving over 75 retail partners including J.Crew, GUESS, Reformation, FIGS and Parachute Home. To date, the company has diverted more than 6 million textiles from landfill and pledges to surpass 1 billion items by 2030. Retailers use SuperCircle to comply with emerging Extended Producer Responsibility regulations while reducing write-downs on excess, damaged or returned inventory. The system converts what was once a cost center into a revenue generator by unlocking incremental value from unsold or returned goods. Series A funding is earmarked for expanding reverse-logistics infrastructure, deepening supply-chain integrations and advancing the data architecture that underpins compliance reporting. Headquartered in New York, SuperCircle positions itself as the critical operating layer powering circular supply chains across North America.

  • Boop

    Led · Seed · Nov 2025

Founded in February 2024 by former Meta and Microsoft AR/VR executive Nancy Li Smith, Boop positions itself as “the first AI travel companion built on social trust.” The mobile, invite-only app passively captures a user’s location data, photos and reservations (with permission) and automatically assembles them into polished itineraries that friends and followers can replicate with one tap. Boop integrates affiliate inventory from partners such as Expedia, Booking.com, Marriott and Viator, generating 10–25% booking commissions and splitting half of that payout with the original trip creator, potentially turning popular itineraries into meaningful income streams. The company is courting travel influencers through “Boop with me” links and maintains a public waitlist for broader consumer rollout. Future product plans include calendar integration to ingest existing reservations and real-time, taste-based recommendations while on the road. Backers and advisors include travel industry veterans like Tripadvisor co-founder Stephen Kaufer and former Marriott president Stephanie Linnartz. Boop has secured $3.2 million in pre-seed capital to fund product development and growth.
