Billy was founded in 2020 as a pandemic project by Nyasha Gutsa and Grant Robbins to address rising risk and friction in construction insurance and compliance. The company offers a SaaS platform that collects, verifies, and tracks compliance documents (licenses, W9s) for general contractors, developers, and property managers.
