The company also offers biproximate™, a free product providing values on more than 10 million commercial properties and free access to sales and financing history. Additional features include vendor services, customized marketing tools to source unique leads, gated due-diligence vaults, and lead management capabilities; the platform charges a small fee paid by the buyer at closing.
