Blackmoon Crypto (BMC) is a blockchain-based platform for tokenized investment funds that aims to bridge the fiat and crypto worlds. The company provides technology, infrastructure, legal frameworks and corporate structuring so approved asset managers can create and manage tokenized funds. The platform and its tokens are based on Ethereum and the Waves blockchain. Blackmoon Financial Group’s lending marketplace operates in nine countries, exceeds $100M in deals volume and reaches $13M in monthly volumes. BMC closed a pre-sale after two weeks after passing a $10M pre-ICO threshold with more than 2,500 paid accounts and has attracted $3.5M in venture capital. The team is led by Oleg Seydak and Ilya Perekopsky and the project is supported by industry figures including Nicolas Tranter and John Hyman.
