The company offers subscription products including the BuildFax Remodeling Index (BFRI), which reports nationwide and regional residential remodeling activity derived from permit filings. BuildFax has distribution partnerships with DataVerify, DISCERN, e2Value, Equifax and RMS, and has begun confidential test deployments with leading insurance and banking companies. The company announced a new $4M funding round that, combined with a prior $9M investment from the same investor group in 2009, brings total funding to $13M to support continued growth and expanded coverage.
