The recent $5M investment from Dmgi is expected to provide financial backing and access to market and product experience through Dmgi’s assets such as Landmark Information Group.

The new capital will be used to expand India coverage by establishing local offices in an initial seven cities and creating micro-market teams across 65 patches. Headcount is planned to grow from 18 to over 160 in the next 18 months, alongside central tech, product and data teams. Propstack says its products are global in nature and could expand into Asian markets such as Hong Kong or Singapore with partner support.
