Captego, founded in 2018 and based in Copenhagen, has developed a Field Data Engine to capture, structure and enrich onsite field data for property, engineering, utilities and insurance sectors. The platform makes data collection as easy as taking a photo, organizing inputs onto live dashboards, tailored reports and integrations to drive decision-making. Captego says its tool can save operatives up to four hours each day by streamlining data collection and reporting. The company is an accredited RICS tech partner and is already trusted by customers such as DCC Shell, Marsh and Milton Homes, operating across the UK and Europe. The new funding will be used to meet growing demand from international markets, enhance technology capabilities and build out the team. Captego also announced Jeremy Sparrow as its new CEO to help drive scaling across Europe and beyond.
