Cellrox builds a BYOD 'multi-persona' mobile virtualization solution that supports two or more separate and complete OS installations on a single Android device. Its technology creates an "impenetrable wall" between employee applications and company data, enabling persona switching with a single swipe while preserving security, performance and user experience. The company positions this virtualization approach as its differentiator versus other BYOD-management players. Cellrox says it will use the $4.7M Series A to extend collaboration with OEMs and operators for installation in tier-one enterprises around the world.
