Chainels builds a digital tenant-experience app for real estate firms that creates holistic residential communities through app-led local activities, a networking directory and resident discussion forums. The platform includes owner-facing features such as direct messaging and embedded real estate metrics, and enables arranging tenant perks like cleaning and gym memberships. Launched nearly ten years ago and based in Rotterdam, Chainels operates in 16 European markets and has also launched in Latin America. It supports about 400 tenant communities and has helped digitise portfolios for Amvest and Multi Corporation. Chainels is expanding the platform beyond real estate into the travel sector through partnership deals with Vienna AirportCity and a supplier for Dutch national railways. The company recently completed a close-to-€3 million fundraising round from Belgian investors to support this expansion.
