  • Endo Tools Therapeutics

    Led · Series C · Jul 2026

Endo Tools Therapeutics develops the endomina® platform, a triangulation and suturing system that can be affixed to standard endoscopes to enable suturing through a natural orifice and can be assembled on the endoscope inside the stomach. The platform includes suturing units and a recently FDA-cleared next-generation product, the endomina® EZFuse system, which features a single-movement suturing mechanism intended to streamline workflow and speed procedures. ETT positions the system to expand minimally invasive treatment options for patients with Class I and II obesity and to offer an alternative or complement to chronic GLP-1 therapy. In Europe and select Middle East countries the devices are approved for endoscopic gastroplasty, with over 1,500 procedures performed, while in the U.S. the devices are cleared for placement of sutures and approximation of soft tissue in the gastrointestinal tract. The company states its mission is to expand the range of gastrointestinal procedures possible with standard gastroscopes, aiming to reduce complications, shorten hospital stays, and improve patient comfort.
