Cinareo is a Toronto-based data analytics company that leverages AI to help capacity planners move beyond spreadsheet-based solutions. Its platform is used for short- and long-term planning, financial analysis, and recruitment and training in contact centers. Founded by Karen Elliott and Dr. Mark Alpern, Cinareo focuses on improving operational efficiency and reducing planning errors. In January 2025 the company raised $1M in pre-seed funding led by BDC’s Seed Venture Fund. The proceeds will be used to build on its product and technology roadmap.
