Citron builds a digital energy-management platform for the management and optimisation of building resources. The company collects more than 10 million pieces of data per day and manages over 70,000 buildings. Its client base includes Saint Gobain, Lagardère, Randstad, LeBonCoin, Cégédim, and IDEX. Citron plans to continue developing smart-building solutions and will recruit some 200 individuals following its recent financing. Founder Vianney Raskin says tools like Citron's platform are enabling real mass applications of Smart Building technologies. Eiffel Essentiel highlighted the company's potential to generate tangible energy savings and to expand impact at the European level.
