The company is headquartered in Paris and maintains offices in London, Amsterdam and Boston. Neocase was founded in 2001. Neocase Software builds software to streamline customer service operations and also provides internal services for human resources, financial resolution and facilities management. The company serves large enterprise clients including Toshiba, L’Oreal and Air France, and announced healthcare consultancy FOX Systems has signed on. Headquartered in San Francisco, Neocase brought in new funding to support product development. The new $10 million fourth-round investment will be used to finalize applications tailored to the retail, healthcare and software sectors, slated for release in 2009. The company previously raised $6.5 million in 2006 from the same investors who participated in the recent round. Neocase Software offers customer service software designed to maximize the productivity and quality of customer service operations. Its platform emphasizes collaboration, knowledge management, self-service, partner centers and advanced workflow management with strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The company was spun out of the Supporter Group in 2001 and has recently relocated from Paris to San Francisco. Neocase raised $6.5 million in its third funding round led by Iris Capital, with participation from Caisse des Depots et Consignations (CDC) and the Supporter Group. The new capital will be used to support the company's expansion efforts in the U.S.
