Clean Power Finance operates the CPF Market, an online business-to-business marketplace for distributed solar financing, and CPF Tools, a solar sales SaaS application. Management recently appointed Robert "Nat" Kreamer, co-founder of SunRun, as CEO; the management team and board also include Nat Goldhaber and Joe Kraus. Clean Power Finance is a San Francisco, CA-based provider of integrated software, services and financing solutions to the solar industry. Its core offering combines software, services and financing to serve solar companies. The company announced the first close of a $6.9M financing to support product and business expansion. It will use the funding to expand the software feature set and to expand into other energy technology businesses. The financing round was co-led by Claremont Creek Ventures and Clean Pacific Ventures, with participation from prior investor Sand Hill Angels and clean tech investor Gary Kremen. In conjunction with the funding, Nat Goldhaber (Claremont Creek) and Jeff Barnes (Clean Pacific) will join the company’s board of directors.
