  • Ampaire

    Participated · Series B · Aug 2026

Ampaire develops hybrid-electric retrofit systems that combine electric propulsion with conventional engines for existing commercial aircraft to lower fuel burn, reduce emissions and cut airline operating costs. The company has demonstrated its technology in flight and is pursuing product certification and scaled production. Ampaire plans to use the new Series B proceeds to accelerate commercialisation, build supply chains, expand manufacturing and scale operating capabilities. It has engaged with airlines and industry partners, including participation in an IAG-run accelerator where it explored hybrid-electric auxiliary power unit (APU) solutions. Investors in the latest round include IAGi Ventures, Alaska Airlines and DiamondStream Partners. The company positions its offerings as practical retrofit options for aircraft already in service.

  • Provect AI

    Participated · Equity · Jul 2026

Provect AI develops 3D-Anywhere, a software-only solution that reconstructs volumetric 3D images from standard fluoroscopic C-arms used in spine and orthopedic procedures. The product is vendor-agnostic, exports DICOM straight to PACS, and requires no new hardware in the operating room. The company’s commercial strategy is to upgrade hospitals' existing C-arms, converting the installed base into a distribution channel rather than pursuing capital equipment sales. Provect AI secured FDA 510(k) clearance for the product, a milestone the company and investors framed as turning the product into a priced, sellable asset. The team is described as an experienced MedTech group with proven exits.

  • ImmuneBridge

    Participated · Seed · Mar 2026

ImmuneBridge develops a cell therapy screening and manufacturing platform that combines machine-learning-enabled donor selection with a proprietary small molecule that preserves stem-cell pluripotency through repeated replications. This approach enables differentiation into T cells, NK cells, macrophages, or neutrophils and can produce thousands of high-quality doses from a single donor versus the industry standard of tens of doses. The company is shifting to a "picks and shovels" model by licensing its platform to external co-development partners, from startups to large pharma, and is already working with over a dozen collaborators. Following its recent financing, ImmuneBridge promoted Dr. Nina Horowitz to CEO and appointed Dr. Rui Tostoes as CTO to lead the scale-up of manufacturing. Financially, the company raised $7.7M in a second seed round led by NFX, bringing total seed funding to nearly $20M. ImmuneBridge aims to advance initial human trials in 2028 and bring 10 therapies to the clinic within the next decade.

  • Lōvu Health

    Participated · Series A · Sep 2025

Lōvu Health operates an AI-powered digital maternal health platform that personalizes care from conception through two years postpartum, combining remote patient monitoring, clinician dashboards, care navigation, and a curated marketplace of third-party vendors. The platform captures fetal heart rate, maternal blood pressure, weight, heart rate, and mental-health assessments in a dynamic dashboard that alerts clinicians to meaningful changes and reduces administrative burden. Lōvu reports clinical impact metrics including earlier identification of preeclampsia for 6% of mothers, detection of depression and anxiety in upwards of 30% of clinical populations, and identification of 57% of mothers on the platform with chronic hypertension. Its marketplace includes more than 50 specialty vendors—doula support, lactation, pelvic floor therapy, mental health and others—and can shorten time to mental-health appointments by up to four months. The company plans to use new funding to expand AI capabilities (including three planned augmentative agents), and to invest in automation, integrations, and headcount as it scales to meet clinician and patient demand. Lōvu positions itself as a care-extension to obstetricians to improve access and outcomes, particularly for underserved and Medicaid populations.
