Cloutex provides a "cloud integration hub" that lets small and medium-sized businesses link and bi-directionally sync data across multiple third-party cloud tools such as Salesforce, QuickBooks Online and Magento. The system checks for updates as often as every few minutes and supports syncing existing data as well as new entries. Cloutex currently supports nine connectors, charges a basic service fee of $29 per month, and says it has "hundreds" of customers. The company positions itself as a lower-cost alternative to custom integration solutions for SMEs and highlights the ability to sync existing datasets as a differentiator. New funding will be used to expand the number of connectors to potentially hundreds and to increase headcount to support that drive. Cloutex is also targeting U.S. market expansion, planning to open a Silicon Valley office while keeping development operations in Estonia.
