The platform builds a data warehouse from unstructured data covering roughly 7 million domestic SMEs to power its algorithms. CookieDeal aims to enable faster and more accurate transactions for small companies and increase overall M&A success rates. The company was formed through Antler Korea's startup generator program (3rd cohort). CEO 심정훈 said the new funding will be used to deliver a new M&A solution and maximize transaction success for all stakeholders. The business recently closed a seed financing, improving its financial runway to pursue product development and market adoption.
