The company is introducing capabilities called Deep Investigation that analyze video, access events, and visitor activity across cameras, locations, and time to answer complex security questions with attached evidence. Coram says these autonomous investigation capabilities reduce investigation times from hours or weeks to minutes, enabling smaller teams to handle more incidents. The company plans to use new funding to expand sales capacity and continue investments in AI product development and customer success, and is actively hiring across multiple functions.
