Overview
We back founders who are reimagining the world. We invest $1-10m early, in those building daring adventures across Europe. Our partners have worked in leading Silicon Valley startups since the dawn of the Internet and have collectively amassed over 50 years in tech on both sides of the Atlantic. We are a small team of investors and startup operators who typically make just a small number of new investments per year, so every relationship matters. We appreciate that success is not built overnight; we are in it for the long haul. We are humble, curious, open and straightforward — having learned from both mistakes and successes. Read about our thesis-driven approach to investing and what you can expect when working with us on our website.

- Cortea
Participated · Seed · Jun 2026
Cortea develops AI-driven "Audit Quality Agents" designed to check audit reports, annual financial statements, footnote disclosures and working papers for inconsistencies, missing information and potential errors. Its agents work alongside existing audit systems and review workflows, preparing findings for auditors so teams can spend more time on professional judgment while retaining control over final outcomes. In the most recent audit season Cortea's technology supported the production of more than 4,000 audit reports and identified issues in every reviewed report, yielding multiple days of manual review time saved per engagement. The company is positioning to expand deeper integrations with major audit platforms and broaden its footprint in Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. Cortea emphasizes traceability, defensibility and alignment with audit standards as central design principles. The business recently raised €12 million in seed funding to accelerate product development and geographic expansion.
- Coram AI
Participated · Series B · Jun 2026
Coram AI offers an AI-native platform that integrates video security, access control, guest management, and emergency workflows to modernize physical security without replacing existing cameras and infrastructure. Since its $13.8 million Series A last year, Coram reports a 4x increase in revenue and a tripling of its customer base, now protecting more than 1,500 sites across the U.S. and Canada including Fortune 500s and large school districts, healthcare providers, manufacturers, and municipalities. The company is introducing capabilities called Deep Investigation that analyze video, access events, and visitor activity across cameras, locations, and time to answer complex security questions with attached evidence. Coram says these autonomous investigation capabilities reduce investigation times from hours or weeks to minutes, enabling smaller teams to handle more incidents. The company plans to use new funding to expand sales capacity and continue investments in AI product development and customer success, and is actively hiring across multiple functions.
- Parloa
Participated · Series D · Jan 2026
Founded six years ago in Berlin, Parloa builds conversational AI agents that handle customer calls and messages for large enterprises such as Allianz, Booking.com, HealthEquity, SAP, Sedgwick, and Swiss Life. Its platform aims to replace human contact-center work by providing contextual, personalized service that can identify a caller and address their needs across phone, web, and app touchpoints. The company disclosed annual recurring revenue of more than $50 million as of last month, positioning it alongside leading peers in the rapidly growing customer-service automation market that Gartner estimates employs 17 million agents worldwide. Management plans to devote substantial new capital to developing a “multi-modal, contextual experience” that extends its AI beyond simply “picking up the phone.” Parloa sees abundant room for multiple winners in the space and believes its capitalization gives it an edge over rivals such as Sierra, Decagon, PolyAI, Intercom, and Kore.ai. Its rapid growth is underscored by a valuation jump from $1 billion to $3 billion in just eight months. The business is already enterprise-ready, with agents answering live calls for global customers today.

- District Cover
Participated · Equity · Nov 2025
District Cover operates an InsurTech platform that allows brokers to simplify underwriting and application workflows for urban businesses that have traditionally been underserved by legacy carriers. The company’s digital tools speed up quoting and policy issuance, helping small enterprises in city neighborhoods obtain tailored commercial coverage. District Cover plans to enhance its platform with higher total insured value (TIV) limits, upgraded quoting functionality, and a new property-only product aimed at landlords, LRO exposures, and diverse urban operations. Fresh capital will also back team growth and new municipal partnerships as the firm pushes beyond its initial New York launch. Over the past twelve months, District Cover has expanded into the Southeast, partnered with national distribution teams, processed more than 10,000 applications, and doubled its headcount. These operating milestones underscore accelerating demand for its technology-enabled approach to commercial insurance. The company has not disclosed revenue figures, but its momentum and increasing application volume point to rapid scaling potential.
