Cordys Analytics builds an AI-powered platform for electrocardiogram (AI-ECG) analysis that uses advanced deep-learning to identify subtle ECG patterns missed by traditional methods. The vendor-agnostic, cloud-based software connects with various ECG devices and healthcare organisations, offering real-time data analysis, remote accessibility and scalability. Its proprietary, user-friendly interface is designed to integrate diagnostic services into clinical workflows and support healthcare professionals in decision-making. The company says the platform can help minimise hospitalisations and complications associated with untreated heart conditions. Cordys is a 2022 spin-out from the University Medical Center Utrecht and is incubated at UtrechtInc. It plans to develop and refine its algorithms through an ongoing research collaboration with UMCU and expand the platform for clinical use.
