Founded in 2020, Cosmico is an HR-tech group organized as a holding with several verticals (Cosmico, Creative Harbour, Play New) operating in Italy and Spain. The company runs a marketplace and a suite of services across four business areas: Factory (talent representation), Agency (brand–creator talent matching), Studio (production of original content) and Originals (proprietary editorial channels such as FuoriBrief and Clickbait). Cosmico reported €24M in revenue in 2025, a 109% increase over 2024, and is targeting €100M by 2028. The group claims a community of more than 35,000 digital professionals, over 300 clients (including NTT Data, Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Huawei and others), and around 110 people across Milan and Madrid. Recent corporate activity includes the acquisition of 100% of Flatmates, completed alongside the Series B. The company plans to use the Series B proceeds to expand operations and accelerate development efforts.
