PranaVentures is an operational venture capital fund launched in 2021 with the goal of filling the funding gap between newly established and startup companies supporting them to grow and quickly reach the next stage of development. The investment strategy is focused on seed and post-seed startups operating in the digital space, with an interest in innovative sectors such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, software as a service (SaaS), e-commerce and marketplaces.     Founded by Nadia Neytcheva and Francesco Maria Serino and operating under the Doctorsa brand since 2023, Doctorsa provides instant access to a network of over 550 doctors across 40 countries. The platform has supported more than 250,000 travellers in three years through 24/7 digital healthcare assistance, offering video consultations, clinical advice and prescriptions when appropriate. Users describe symptoms and are typically matched with a doctor within five minutes, with consultations conducted in English and pricing starting from €20. Doctorsa addresses urgent-care needs for international travellers and reports that approximately 40% of its patients are US citizens. The company has developed a proprietary Agentic Booking infrastructure built on open-standard interfaces to enable bookings through AI assistants. Doctorsa plans to expand internationally—particularly in the US—and to roll out a B2B product for travel companies, insurers and employers.

The company runs a marketplace and a suite of services across four business areas: Factory (talent representation), Agency (brand–creator talent matching), Studio (production of original content) and Originals (proprietary editorial channels such as FuoriBrief and Clickbait). Cosmico reported €24M in revenue in 2025, a 109% increase over 2024, and is targeting €100M by 2028. The group claims a community of more than 35,000 digital professionals, over 300 clients (including NTT Data, Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Huawei and others), and around 110 people across Milan and Madrid. Recent corporate activity includes the acquisition of 100% of Flatmates, completed alongside the Series B. The company plans to use the Series B proceeds to expand operations and accelerate development efforts.

    Founded in 2015 by cybersecurity researcher-turned-entrepreneur Rahul Sasi, CloudSEK delivers a cloud-native SaaS platform that maps digital footprints, correlates weak signals, and identifies emerging attack paths for its clients. The Bengaluru-headquartered company serves more than 300 enterprises across BFSI, healthcare, technology, and government sectors. Its core offering focuses on AI-driven attack detection and predictive threat intelligence, enabling organizations to strengthen external security postures from day one. CloudSEK positions itself as a research-first firm and has recently framed its identity as an Indo-American cybersecurity player. Following its latest funding, the company plans to establish a U.S. regional hub in Connecticut, recruit local cybersecurity and AI talent, and collaborate with academic and corporate partners. Financially, CloudSEK has concluded a $29 million Series B round (comprising a $19 million B1 tranche and a $10 million B2 tranche) and is backed by a mix of global investors including Commvault, MassMutual Ventures, Inflexor Ventures, and Connecticut Innovations.

Daze plans to consolidate its presence in Spain and France, expand into new European and non-European markets, and complete its range of chargers for private and public customers. The company aims to bring a series of innovative products and services and become a global reference in EV charging within the next five years.

The platform includes a library of free and paid 3D assets and customizable templates, and allows customers to save company colors, fonts, and assets to ensure brand consistency at scale.
