  • AGent Energy

    Led · Seed · Aug 2026

AGent Energy uses an AI-based platform to aggregate, orchestrate, and monetize distributed generation assets at commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. The platform turns existing behind-the-meter backup generation into rapidly dispatchable capacity that can be bid into wholesale markets, with no cost to the asset owner and new revenue earned by owners. AGent reports it is already dispatching and has delivered capacity in three major North American wholesale markets: PJM, MISO, and ERCOT. Financially, the company has raised $17 million in its first 12 months, including an $11 million Series Seed co-led by Spero Ventures and MassMutual Ventures. AGent plans to use the capital to aggressively scale its team and pursue a target of unlocking over 200 GW of behind-the-meter generation across commercial, industrial, and MUSH sectors. The company emphasizes rapid deployment and reliability benefits versus new-build capacity as core differentiators.

  • Farther

    Participated · Series D · May 2026

Founded in 2019, Farther offers an Intelligent Wealth Platform that integrates asset location, execution, data, risk management, personalized insights, and AI-driven tools for advisors. The platform provides access to private markets and supports a broad client base, from high-earning individuals and ultra-high-net-worth families (via Farther Family Office) to small businesses and institutions. Farther reported recruited assets of about $23 billion, encompassing both assets under management and expected assets from advisors transitioning to the platform. Since founding the company has raised over $272 million in total funding. The firm plans to use its Series D proceeds to scale platform capabilities, accelerate growth, and continue innovation to support advisors and clients. In 2025 Farther was recognized on the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 lists and is a top recruiter in the RIA space.

  • Versana

    Participated · Equity · Apr 2026

Versana provides a centralized platform that digitally captures agents' loan data on a real-time basis from golden-source ledgers to deliver loan-level transparency and lender portfolio visibility. The company serves the broadly syndicated loan (BSL) and private credit markets and positions itself as a standard source of credible deal information across the asset class. In 2025 it introduced a Versana Reconciliation Module and a cashless roll solution linking amended facilities to original facilities. Versana reports active facility coverage exceeding $4.1 trillion in notional value. With over $125 million raised across multiple funding rounds, the company is pursuing international expansion, product innovation and data analytics enhancements to modernize the $9 trillion loan market.

  • Jazz

    Participated · Series A · Mar 2026

Jazz is a New York City–based cybersecurity startup building an AI-driven Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution called the “Agentic Investigator.” The platform deploys a forensic endpoint agent that analyzes full data-behavior context—including user intent and business processes—to separate normal activity from actual threats, replacing high-volume alerts with pre-investigated answers. Already in production at dozens of enterprises such as Lemonade, AlphaSense, and CAVA, the product aims to reduce alert fatigue and accelerate incident response for security teams. Having emerged from stealth, Jazz has secured $61 million in combined Seed and Series A funding to accelerate growth. The fresh capital will be directed toward scaling global operations, expanding enterprise adoption, and strengthening engineering, research, and go-to-market functions. Led by CEO Ido Livneh alongside co-founders Jake Tuertskey, Noam Issachar, and Yonatan Zohar, the company positions itself to lead the next generation of data security solutions.

  • SYSO Technologies

    Participated · Series B · Mar 2026

SYSO Technologies develops and operates a software platform that optimizes and manages renewable energy and storage assets for project owners and operators. The system now oversees more than 4.5 GW of capacity spread across 300-plus sites, covering every major U.S. ISO/RTO market and recently expanding into Canada. By delivering market intelligence, dispatch optimization, and regulatory navigation tools, SYSO positions itself as a mission-critical partner as grid demand rises from data centers and AI workloads. The company reports that it has more than doubled its managed capacity since the initial close of its Series B round in August 2024, reflecting rapid customer adoption. Investors highlight the firm’s technical depth, operational maturity, and ability to scale into new energy markets. With fresh capital, SYSO plans to further broaden the asset classes and geographies it supports while deepening its operational capabilities. The latest financing brings the Series B total to $15.5 million, although no revenue or profitability figures were disclosed.
