Led · Equity · Feb 2026
Statiq offers a full-stack EV charging solution that combines proprietary hardware with a software platform that lets drivers access multiple charging operators through one interface. The company has established more than 10,000 charging points across 100+ Indian cities and partners with real estate developers, hospitality chains, automakers, and government agencies to deploy infrastructure. Beyond operating its own chargers, it integrates third-party networks to broaden coverage. To accelerate growth, Statiq is rolling out a franchise-owned, company-operated model and is prioritising the installation of additional DC fast chargers along highways and in tier-I and tier-II cities. The firm is also piloting deployments in the UAE and plans to export India-manufactured charging hardware. It is investing in uptime upgrades, hardware lifecycle management, and telematics to support scale. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, Statiq generated revenue of ₹79.3 crore but posted a net loss of ₹68.2 crore.
- Attentive
Participated · Series B · Nov 2025
Attentive.ai develops Beam AI, a software platform that delivers fully automated construction takeoffs, helping general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers eliminate manual estimating work. More than 1,100 companies rely on Beam AI’s human-in-the-loop approach to generate accurate takeoffs, boosting bid volume and productivity without adding headcount. The company aims to broaden its offering beyond takeoffs into estimating, bidding, and collaboration workflows, positioning itself as a comprehensive preconstruction platform. With the new capital, Attentive.ai plans to deepen its core AI capabilities, accelerate product innovation, and expand into additional markets. The firm has now raised a total of $48 million across all rounds. Its technology targets the growing demand for faster, more efficient project delivery amid an uptick in U.S. infrastructure and industrial construction. Although headquartered details were not explicitly stated, the press release was issued from San Francisco.
- CloudSEK
Participated · Series B · May 2025
Founded in 2015 by cybersecurity researcher-turned-entrepreneur Rahul Sasi, CloudSEK delivers a cloud-native SaaS platform that maps digital footprints, correlates weak signals, and identifies emerging attack paths for its clients. The Bengaluru-headquartered company serves more than 300 enterprises across BFSI, healthcare, technology, and government sectors. Its core offering focuses on AI-driven attack detection and predictive threat intelligence, enabling organizations to strengthen external security postures from day one. CloudSEK positions itself as a research-first firm and has recently framed its identity as an Indo-American cybersecurity player. Following its latest funding, the company plans to establish a U.S. regional hub in Connecticut, recruit local cybersecurity and AI talent, and collaborate with academic and corporate partners. Financially, CloudSEK has concluded a $29 million Series B round (comprising a $19 million B1 tranche and a $10 million B2 tranche) and is backed by a mix of global investors including Commvault, MassMutual Ventures, Inflexor Ventures, and Connecticut Innovations.
- OneCell Diagnostics
Participated · Series A · Nov 2024
OneCell Diagnostics develops an in-house blood-based biopsy test (OncoIndx Ikon) that captures circulating tumor cells from a 10 ml blood draw and combines CTC DNA with RNA and cell-surface protein testing in a True-Single-Cell-Multi-omics workflow. It uses a proprietary antibody-coated glass bead to filter CTCs and applies AI/ML via its iCare app to help oncologists interpret results. The company provides pan-cancer analysis for solid tumors and deliberately targets recurrence patients rather than first-time diagnoses because of regulatory constraints in the U.S. OneCell has served nearly 10,000 patients in India, works with major Indian hospitals and academic partners, and says its offering is roughly one-fifth the price of competitors. The startup has offices in Mumbai, a lab in Pune, a Silicon Valley R&D presence and a headcount of about 144 (120 in India and 24 in the U.S.). It plans to use its India data and analytics to launch and scale in the U.S., projecting outreach to over 1,000 oncologists and one million patients in the near term. Financially, it recently closed a $16 million Series A to fund U.S. expansion and further scaling in India.
