    Kita offers an AI Credit Officer that communicates with borrowers via SMS, WhatsApp and email, a document-reading product (Kita Capture) that extracts data from more than 50 types of financial, legal and identity documents, and an AI Underwriter that applies lender credit policies and produces credit memos for human review. The company says these combined workflows can reduce processes that once took days or months to under 60 seconds and that its platform has processed over $130 million in loan volume. Kita's technology is used by lenders in the Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico and the United States, targeting consumer, microfinance and SME lending. Built by a team from Stanford with backgrounds at Apple, Tesla and Microsoft, Kita was accepted into Y Combinator's Winter 2026 batch and is based in San Francisco. The company positions its AI to handle repetitive tasks while leaving final lending decisions to human credit officers.

Its product suite includes a payment gateway, multi-currency collection, export documentation, fraud prevention, and settlement services serving exporters, SaaS firms, D2C brands, marketplaces, and freelancers. The company reported operating revenue of Rs 25.11 crore in FY25, more than double FY24's Rs 12.20 crore, while narrowing losses to Rs 14 crore in FY25 from Rs 15.31 crore. Prior funding totaled about $17 million, including a $12 million Series B led by Tiger Global with participation from Sequoia Capital India (now Peak XV) and BEENEXT. Peak XV, BEENEXT, and Tiger Global are among its key investors, and after the most recent CCPS allotment Peak XV remains the largest external shareholder. The company has completed a fresh capital infusion via CCPS from BEENEXT, reflecting a higher valuation compared with its prior round.

Quadric's software toolchain converts AI models into C++ and enables SoC teams to program in Python or C++, allowing models to be updated on shipped silicon. The company offers automotive-grade safety-enhanced versions of its architecture and emphasizes a software-updatable approach so the same silicon can run models published after the chip was designed.
