  • GitGuardian

    Participated · Series C · Feb 2026

GitGuardian delivers an end-to-end platform that detects leaked secrets in code repositories and manages the lifecycle of credentials used by non-human identities such as service accounts and emerging autonomous AI agents. The solution integrates directly into development workflows, monitors public and private repositories, supports over 550 secret types, and deploys honeytokens for extra defense. In 2025 the company protected 115,000+ developers, continuously scanned 610,000+ repositories, and tracked 210,000+ connected collaboration sources, identifying and remediating 350,000 secret exposures—five-fold year-over-year growth. Sixty percent of new enterprise customers signed multi-year agreements, and more than 80% of new ARR originated from North America. The platform is the most installed application on GitHub Marketplace and serves Fortune 500 clients such as Snowflake, ING, BASF, Deutsche Telekom, and Bouygues Telecom. With fresh capital, GitGuardian will extend its capabilities to secure credentials for the rapidly expanding population of AI agents, deliver full NHI lifecycle governance, and accelerate expansion across the U.S., EMEA, APAC, South America, and the Middle East. The company also intends to scale hiring in engineering, sales, and customer success to support its growth trajectory.

  • ECAIR

    Participated · Equity · Dec 2025

Founded in 2023 by ex-Lydia executives Maxime Bensadoun and Victor Jolly, ECAIR acts as a financial co-pilot for installers undertaking energy-transition projects. On the B2B side, ECAIR has already deployed more than €8 million in working capital to installers. With electricity prices up 80% and gas 120% in France over the past decade, the company targets a €15 billion French residential renovation market and a €100 billion opportunity across the EU. Proceeds from its latest funding will accelerate product rollout and support expansion across France before scaling further into Europe.
