Talentware builds an AI-native skill intelligence platform that uses agentic AI to map technical, managerial and soft skills from unstructured company data and AI-based situational assessments. The platform acts as a 'copilot' for employees and supports HR and business in internal mobility, strategic workforce planning, succession planning and targeted upskilling. Founded in July 2023 by three ex-Bain consultants and incubated at Bain Founder Studio, Talentware launched commercially in June 2024 and reports over 45 active customers. The company employs about 30 people, roughly 65% of whom are focused on product and AI development. Its primary customers are mid-to-large companies in knowledge-intensive and regulated sectors such as financial services, energy, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, IT and public administration. Talentware plans to use recent funding to expand the team, consolidate and extend its product (including AI situational assessments) and pursue a European-first geographic expansion.

  • Klaro

    Led · Seed · Jul 2026

Klaro builds an AI-driven infrastructure that aggregates authoritative data sources (Cassetto fiscale, Agenzia delle entrate e riscossioni, Camera di commercio, INPS, Centrale rischi and bank account information) to generate a certified, up-to-date Klaro Profile for small businesses. That profile is designed to accelerate credit underwriting from weeks to minutes and improve financial transparency for entrepreneurs while enabling faster, safer credit decisions by banks and intermediaries. The platform launched a few months before the announced funding and is led by Andrea Mignanelli and Paolo Verì. Dozens of credit-sector actors have become partners and hundreds of entrepreneurs have already obtained Klaro Profiles. Klaro plans to use the newly raised €3 million to further develop its AI infrastructure and increase immediate usability across the credit value chain. The company positions itself as a response to a market where bank lending to small firms fell from €170 billion in 2014 to €95 billion, aiming to reduce information asymmetries and administrative complexity.

  • Soource

    Participated · Seed · Jun 2026

Soource provides a single platform to search, enrich, automate and monitor supplier information, built on a proprietary international database of verified and certified data. Its AI system comprises multiple specialized agents handling discovery, qualification, comparison, outreach and enrichment of supplier data, and the platform is compatible with major ERPs and procurement systems like SAP Ariba and Jaggaer. The company emphasizes data quality, GDPR-compliant processing and anonymization of generic data, and states its AI falls into the EU AI Act’s zero-risk category because it only supports internal activities. Founded in 2024 in Bolzano, Soource has onboarded leading organizations across utilities, pharmaceutical, energy, insurance, food, industrial and construction sectors. Financially, the startup has raised over €5 million since 2025 and plans to use the recent Seed proceeds to accelerate product development, grow the team and expand across Europe.

Rosso, developed by Ema Health and founded in 2023, offers an integrated digital ecosystem—enhanced by artificial intelligence—that guides donors from finding the nearest center through booking and managing the donation process via smartphone. The platform also provides transfusion centers with tools for planning and managing non-clinical operations. In its first two years Rosso has involved tens of thousands of donors, partnered with hundreds of collection centers across Italy and struck collaborations with dozens of companies to promote donation among employees. The company operates from offices in Milan and Lucca and plans to expand nationally and later into Europe. Financially, Rosso recently completed a €3 million seed round to fund growth and team expansion. The founding team is led by Chiara Schettino and Filippo Toni (class of 2006), noted in the coverage as a notably young founder.
