  • PuntoPost

    Participated · Series A · Jul 2026

Founded in 2024 by Alberto Leroy and Erick Guerrero, PuntoPost operates a network of more than 3,000 collection and delivery locations across 12 Mexican states and serves over 100 e-commerce businesses. The platform allows customers and logistics operators to consolidate shipments at neighborhood stores, with consumers able to purchase individual shipments starting at MX$60 and hold packages at locations for up to seven days. PuntoPost says its model can reduce shipping expenses by 60% to 80% compared with conventional parcel delivery services and that affiliated stores can earn up to MX$400 per day handling packages. The startup’s network already covers Mexico City, State of Mexico, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Querétaro, Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Veracruz, and Tabasco and is preparing to expand to Aguascalientes and Colima. Financially, PuntoPost raised an initial US$1.5 million in January 2025 and has now secured a €4.3 million round that investors say will fund technology, infrastructure, commercial teams, and national expansion.

  • Balance

    Participated · Seed · Jul 2026

Balance operates a digital platform that connects patients with obesity to an independent multidisciplinary team of doctors, nutritionists, exercise specialists and psychologists through its Método Balance®. The program treats obesity as a chronic disease and is built around four pillars: medicine, nutrition, exercise and emotional support delivered via the Balance app. Its primary revenue model is B2C subscriptions that give patients continuous access to professional follow-up, and the platform enables clinicians to prescribe GLP-1–based medications such as Wegovy and Mounjaro as part of care. Balance emphasizes coordinated, continuous care versus intermittent in-person visits and leverages digital tools and data analysis to improve adherence and effectiveness. The company has a team of about 10 people, an architecture designed to be adaptable for other markets, and is preparing to scale both domestically and internationally while developing B2B channels with employers, insurers and healthcare organizations.

  • Tolemy Bio

    Participated · Seed · May 2026

Tolemy Bio is developing Orbit, an AI-native system that connects laboratory tools and experimental data sources while incorporating virtual cell models and AI research agents to help scientists analyse cellular behaviour and guide experiments. The company aims to consolidate fragmented research data spread across spreadsheets, lab equipment, and notebooks into a single environment to improve reproducibility and decision-making. Its long-term goal is to build a virtual-cell platform that enables more precise, data-driven approaches to therapeutic development and cell control. The startup was founded by Alex Ward and Caelan Anderson and is headquartered in Cambridge, with substantial operations in Barcelona. Tolemy Bio recently raised €1.4 million in pre-seed funding to grow its data generation, machine learning, and engineering teams and to support early customer and partner deployments.

  • Charms

    Participated · Seed · May 2026

Charms provides a consumer app, Charms.ai, where creators can build AI characters with personality, reasoning memory, voice, visual identity, and a dedicated onchain economy. Public characters on the platform can launch markets on Base paired with USDC via Charms' Clanker Custom partnership, and a share of market fees flows into each character's crypto-native treasury. The app uses embedded wallets and gasless transactions (protected by Privy) to reduce crypto complexity for users while preserving verifiable ownership and transparent market activity. During private beta the company reported 6,000 users, over 100,000 chats, and more than $1M in trading volume ahead of public launch. Charms is live on the iOS App Store and at Charms.ai and aims to let creators and communities participate directly in the economic value their characters generate.

  • TietAI

    Led · Seed · Apr 2026

TietAI develops Hydra, an artificial intelligence layer intended to unify and optimize hospital operations across data ingestion, orchestration of clinical flows, scheduling, billing and laboratory interpretation. The company says Hydra is meant to act as an invisible operational infrastructure to coordinate disparate hospital systems and reduce administrative burden for clinical teams. Following the €2.5 million seed round, TietAI plans to expand its engineering team, accelerate certified deployments in hospitals across Spain and Europe, and build additional operational agents for scheduling, diagnosis, care transitions, billing and lab interpretation. Leadership cited preparation for regulatory milestones—specifically the EU AI Regulation and the European Health Data Space (EHDS)—as a use-case driver for commercialization and product maturity. The articles identify Roberto Cruz as CEO and cofounder and David Rey Blanco as COO and cofounder. No revenue, user or other operating metrics were disclosed in the coverage.
