Eaship offers a plug-and-play TMS targeted at mid-market industrial manufacturers (food, chemical, packaging, construction and consumer goods) handling between 1,000 and 50,000 annual shipments. The platform centralizes transport operations—planning, assignment, tracking and incident management—and can be deployed in weeks without initial ERP integration, then integrated progressively by plant or flow. In 2025 the company launched a load appointment booking module and is developing AI capabilities for automatic validation of transport invoices. Eaship reports tripling its customer base in 2025 from 8 to more than 25 manufacturers in Spain, including Noel Alimentaria, Somos Hijolusa, Damel, Elmubas, Fritoper and Salsa Rica, with some deployments in other EU countries. The subscription model and minimal technical requirements for carriers enable faster adoption and internal expansion, with the company claiming it frees more than 50% of logistics teams' time and can generate annual savings of €100,000–€500,000 in some customers. Eaship positions itself as an operating system for transport and notes its solution natively supports digital transport control documentation (including eCMR) to help customers comply with Spain's Ley 9/2025.

Grodi, founded in 2022 in Almería by Samuel Ruíz, Natalia Gálvez and Ana Molina, develops hardware-plus-software solutions that bring automation and data analytics to intensive agriculture. Its flagship product, the VEGA 11 robot, moves autonomously inside Mediterranean greenhouses, capturing full-plant imagery that is processed by proprietary machine-learning algorithms. The resulting data feed a real-time digital platform that helps growers anticipate plant-health issues, estimate yields with high precision and streamline daily agronomic decisions. By providing continuous, standardised and objective information, Grodi aims to reduce uncertainty, cut costs and improve resource efficiency for farmers, cooperatives and seed companies. The company is currently industrialising VEGA 11 and broadening its product portfolio to address additional on-farm tasks. Near-term plans include scaling sales across Spain’s main horticultural regions and initiating international expansion. No revenue or user metrics have been publicly disclosed, but Grodi is described as being in a key commercial growth phase.
