The service boasts a 96 % success rate and has completed more than 100,000 content removals in 68 countries for clients such as Jordi Évole, Santiago Segura, Real Betis and the Federació Catalana de Futbol. RepScan positions itself as a “digital shield” against disinformation, harassment and defamation. The newly raised capital will fuel international expansion and continued product development. - Lookiero
Participated · Equity · Jan 2026
Lookiero Outfittery Group runs a digital personal shopping service that blends advanced personalisation algorithms with a network of professional shoppers to curate fashion boxes for customers. The company leverages proprietary recommendation models to match individual preferences, then ships tailored outfits to users across its 12-country footprint. In 2025 it completed the technological and logistical integration of the formerly separate Lookiero and Outfittery operations, enabling a unified platform and improved operational efficiency. That integration helped Lookiero achieve positive EBITDA, marking an important profitability milestone. With fresh capital, management plans to deepen AI capabilities for personalisation, demand forecasting, and supply planning while continuing to rely on human stylists for a hybrid service experience. The firm also aims to capture additional merger synergies to further boost margins and customer satisfaction.

The company is investing heavily in native AI to orchestrate workflows, anticipate decisions and automate routine tasks, thereby reducing manual work and improving data quality. New capital will be used to expand internationally through targeted market entries with local integrations and to bolster infrastructure for enterprise-scale deployments. Rail-Flow has consistently doubled its annual revenue in recent years, deepened intermodal capabilities via its merger with Simply Deliver and grown to a team of about 170 employees. Management positions the platform as a catalyst for shifting more freight to rail, addressing industry pressures around efficiency, labour shortages and sustainability.

- Solfy
Led · Equity · Sep 2025
Founded in 2022 in Barcelona, Solfy operates the first fully digital Spanish marketplace that bundles advisory, financing, installation, subsidy management and maintenance for residential and commercial renewable-energy projects. Its platform offers turnkey solar panels, aerothermal systems (added in 2024), battery storage and EV chargers, all delivered through a nationwide network of collaborators. The company closed 2024 with more than €7 million in revenue and over 1,000 installations, and it expects to surpass €15 million in revenue during 2025 after integrating installer Ecolium and engineering firm DC Solutions. Beyond hardware sales, Solfy is developing a mobile app—backed by CDTI funding—for real-time energy monitoring, subsidy tracking and tariff optimization, positioning itself as a comprehensive energy manager. The business model’s digital, end-to-end nature aims to democratize clean-energy adoption by simplifying every step for the customer. Recent territorial expansion through acquisitions gives Solfy greater local reach, technical depth and operational scale to maintain its leadership in Spain’s photovoltaic market.
