- Vivox AI
Participated · Equity · Mar 2026
Vivox AI is a London-based technology company building “atomic” AI agents that each handle a single, auditable compliance task such as corporate registry analysis, UBO identification, sanctions and PEP triage, or adverse-media reasoning. The agents are deployed on an enterprise platform that connects to multiple internal and external data sources, delivering real-time enrichment and decision support while remaining fully explainable and regulator-aligned with frameworks like the EU AI Act and recent FCA guidance. A self-learning layer, embodied by the lead agent Rachel, continuously improves performance through supervised human feedback without sacrificing governance controls. The system is already live with customers including TransferMate, Altery, Osome and Telf, operating across more than 100 countries. In production, customers have cut case processing times from about six hours to 30 minutes, lowered false-positive alerts by up to 86%, and achieved straight-through processing rates of up to 50% on selected workflows. Following its initial fundraise, the company is adding engineering and product talent and rolling out the next generation of its platform. Financially, Vivox AI has secured £1.3 million (€1.5 million) in its first round to support this expansion.
- Yaga
Participated · Series A · Oct 2025
Founded in Estonia in 2017, Yaga operates an online marketplace focused on second-hand fashion, combining social features with secure escrow payments and localised logistics. The company has become the leading resale platform in South Africa and now attracts more than 12 million monthly visits. Yaga’s value proposition centres on affordability—items are typically listed at 50–80 percent below new retail prices—while advancing sustainable consumption. Revenue is generated from transaction fees, though specific figures were not disclosed in the article. With its newly raised capital, the company plans to deepen its footprint across Africa and expand into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Management believes the global shift toward resale, projected to push the second-hand apparel market to $367 billion by 2029, provides a large, tail-wind market opportunity. The fresh funding will also be used to grow the team and enhance product capabilities in existing markets.
- Poleepo
Participated · Equity · Oct 2025
Founded in 2020 by Marco Agostini and Marco Cerquozzi, Poleepo has built more than 80 native integrations that let online sellers manage suppliers, catalogs, marketplace and social commerce listings, orders, shipping and electronic invoicing from a single interface. The company positions itself as the technological partner for multichannel sellers aiming to scale efficiently. With fresh capital, Poleepo will enlarge its team and speed development of “Agentic AI” features that autonomously update catalogs, optimize prices and manage logistics and invoicing. The startup also plans to expand internationally into Spain, Portugal, Germany and Poland. Its vision is to create a connected, intelligent ecosystem that makes e-commerce operations simpler, more sustainable and scalable.
- Theodosian
Participated · Seed · Oct 2025
Theodosian is a UK cybersecurity startup building a “second-layer” defence that embeds encryption and granular, per-file permissions directly into documents. Its platform attaches a persistent data-protection layer that travels with each file, performing 20–30 compliance-aligned checks and continuously verifying access rights. The technology is designed to help organisations meet multiple regulatory frameworks, including upcoming UK Defence Cyber Certification (DCC) and US Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) standards. Founded by practitioners with more than a decade of experience in defence, intelligence, banking and healthcare, Theodosian aims to ensure sensitive data remains protected regardless of where it is stored or shared. Recent funding is earmarked to complete version 1 of the product and begin commercial scaling. No operating metrics such as revenue or user numbers were disclosed in the article.
