- Kopa.ai
Led · Seed · May 2026
Kopa.ai is developing an operating-system-like platform that lets e-commerce teams delegate operational and analytical work to AI agents that understand context, make decisions, and execute tasks. The platform connects directly to merchants’ existing tools and storefronts to continuously analyze products, campaigns, inventory, customer behavior and site performance. Its agents can identify opportunities, generate creatives, adjust campaigns and reallocate budgets, running actions with human approval or autonomously based on customer preferences. Kopa.ai emphasizes interpreting intent rather than relying on prompts or predefined workflows, with every action and outcome feeding back to improve judgment and execution over time. Under the hood the company is building proprietary systems for structuring business knowledge, managing operational context and orchestrating specialized agents at scale. The team behind Kopa.ai brings more than a decade of hands-on e-commerce experience to the product and go-to-market strategy.
- Outcraft AI
Led · Seed · Apr 2026
Outcraft AI develops autonomous AI agents that execute customer engagement and revenue activities end-to-end across channels such as voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp. The platform integrates with commonly used business systems to respond to real-time customer behavior and triggers like inbound leads, abandoned checkouts, failed payments, and early churn signals. By maintaining continuous, context-aware interactions, Outcraft aims to reduce reliance on manual sales and lifecycle processes and capture missed revenue opportunities. The company positions its agents to determine optimal next actions and drive measurable revenue outcomes. Leadership has stated a roadmap toward enabling fully autonomous revenue execution covering lead capture, qualification, engagement, retention, and revenue recovery. The articles did not disclose revenue, user metrics, founding year, or location.
- Creem
Led · Seed · Aug 2025
Creem provides a programmable finance layer that replaces fragmented legacy systems and manual workarounds with a unified platform where founders can manage global payments, taxes, multi-party payouts, and compliance. The infrastructure is designed to plug into developer and product tooling so finance is embedded in a team’s workflow rather than a separate chore. The platform already supports both fiat and stablecoin payouts with full tax and compliance handling built in. In August 2025 Creem raised €1.8M in Pre-Seed funding. The company plans to use the funds to expand payment capabilities across additional markets, build out its compliance stack, and further develop the programmable financial tooling underpinning its OS for AI startups. Creem is co‑founded by Gabriel Ferraz and Alec Erasmus and is based in Tallinn, Estonia.
- Handwave
Led · Seed · Aug 2025
Handwave builds palm-recognition hardware and software aimed at faster, contactless checkout and retail identity verification (including age checks and loyalty programs). The company focuses specifically on retail deployments and has developed its own hardware and algorithms to compete on price. Handwave is preparing market pilots and is pursuing regulatory certifications while signing commercial partnerships with financial institutions. Its leadership team includes cofounders Janis Stirna and Sandis Osmanis-Usmanis, who previously worked at Worldline, and the company has an agreement with Visa to help accelerate deployments. R&D and early development were funded through bootstrapping, a $780,000 angel round, and $267,000 in non-equity support (an EU cybersecurity grant, Latvia’s LIAA Business Incubator, and the Ready2Scale accelerator). Handwave says merchants would pay a transaction fee on par with or lower than standard payments and plans to collaborate broadly with banks and acquirers as it scales from the EU toward other markets.
- Sintra
Participated · Seed · Jun 2025
Sintra offers a platform of AI-powered helpers (agents) that integrate with tools like Facebook, Gmail and Google Calendar to perform social media, support and admin work. The product runs on a shared context layer called Brainy AI, a vector-database layer that stores business context and enables increasingly autonomous agent actions. Founded just over a year ago and built in Lithuania, Sintra scaled rapidly from a viral weekend product to a $12 million ARR business serving over 40,000 paying customers in 100+ countries. The company relaunched Sintra 2.0 on May 15, 2024; its most popular agent to date is “Soci” for social media. Pricing starts at $39/month. The team says it will focus on three core vectors—context, agent tooling, and simplification—and will use the new capital to expand product and engineering teams.
