Overview

FIRSTPICK is a high-speed VC fund and an accelerator for tech startups in the Baltics. We are investing in Fintech, SaaS, Deeptech and Consumer marketplaces, but are not limited to those. Our initial ticket is €50-€250K, but we can invest up to €1M into a single company through follow-on rounds. Idea stage startups can use our equity free grants to get started. Founders access our bulletproof combo of investment and know-how through our pre-acceleration and acceleration programs. While founders train for the marathon, we are like coaches running by their side and supporting them from the idea to the growth stage. Our portfolio startups receive a precious early market access, impactful partnerships, and deep expertise of the early stage.

  • Guideless

    Participated · Seed · Aug 2026

Guideless builds a platform that captures users' workflows within business software and uses AI to convert each step into structured training materials, including visual sequences, written instructions, transcripts and narration. The product supports text-to-speech in more than 40 languages and aims to make tutorials easy to edit, brand, share or export. The company positions the captured workflows as an evolving operational memory layer to preserve institutional knowledge and provide up-to-date context for AI agents. Guideless soft-launched its product in late 2025 and incorporated in June 2026; it was founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika. The startup reports more than 3,000 users and paying customers across 15 markets, with customers including teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings and the Nevada Hospital Association. Following a €1 million pre-seed raise led by Superhero Capital, Guideless plans to use the funds to accelerate product development, expand the team and enter the UK, wider European and US markets.

  • Display.dev

    Participated · Seed · Jul 2026

Display.dev provides an agent-native document platform that allows AI agents to publish documents with shareable URLs, receive human feedback, and publish updated versions in a collaborative workflow. The platform is designed to be agent-agnostic to support interoperability across different AI assistants and models. Display.dev uses company-wide pricing rather than per-seat licensing to allow organizations to store and collaborate on AI-generated documents without scaling costs by user count. Founded in April 2026 by Ott Ilves and Carl Rannaberg and headquartered in Tallinn, the startup recently raised €470,000 in pre-seed funding. The company intends to use the funds to further develop its document platform and expand the underlying infrastructure to help organizations manage AI-generated content. The article did not report revenue, user counts, or prior funding rounds.

  • Superpal

    Led · Seed · Jun 2026

Superpal offers an AI coworker that runs directly inside Slack, able to connect to more than 1,000 business tools and complete tasks end-to-end using real company data. The agent maintains shared memory across teams, enforces role-based access controls, and applies organisational privacy controls while executing workflows from initial instruction to final deliverable. The company launched its platform alongside its pre-seed raise and has three pilot customers, with two expressing interest in investing and one becoming a strategic advisor. Superpal’s founders describe the product as a colleague-style persona designed to work natively in teams’ communication channels rather than as a separate assistant. Financially, the startup has secured €500,000 in pre-seed funding led by FIRSTPICK with participation from the Outlast Fund. The company positions itself against other autonomous-agent entrants in a market that has seen sizable follow-on financings.

  • Backoffice

    Led · Equity · May 2026

Backoffice develops a platform that centralises hospitality operations including scheduling, time tracking, compliance, training, procurement, and live business performance metrics. The system enables employees to swap shifts, log hours, and track earnings, and it charges per location while natively supporting multi-location and multi-business structures. The company highlights EU data storage, encryption, GDPR compliance, and Lithuanian labour-law–ready features such as Smart-ID/Mobile-ID signing and document retention. Founded in 2025 by Erikas Pakėnas and Denis Stech, Backoffice is deployed in over 40 venues across Lithuania, from Michelin-starred restaurants to late-night bars, with roughly 500 users. The founders aim to replace fragmented tools like spreadsheets and messaging apps with a single centralised system and to scale the product across Europe.

  • WhiteBridge

    Led · Seed · Mar 2026

WhiteBridge began as a platform for digital footprint audits and reputation monitoring, aggregating and verifying public data across dozens of sources. It has expanded into a broader people search and research engine designed to help users validate information about others with reliable context. The platform turns fragmented public signals into actionable insights intended to improve professional and personal decision-making. The company highlights use cases including sales and partnership preparation, vendor and partner validation, and third-party screening of digitally active adults. WhiteBridge was founded in 2024 in Vilnius by Tomas Martūnas, Irmantas Motiejūnas, Justinas Barauskas, and Paulius Taraškevičius. Following its seed raise, the company will invest in product development, additional data provider connections, and improving the transparency and reliability of its insights.
