    Founded by former banker Zeynal Kerimzade and launching its MVP in June 2021, Epoint is a B2B fintech serving SME and micro clients with a unified payments and sales-management platform. The company processes about $300 million in transactions annually (TPV) and reported ARR of $2.6 million for 2025, with year-over-year revenue growth of 49% and TPV growth of 54%. Epoint operates in Azerbaijan and Georgia, is registered in the U.S. as its headquarters, and employs roughly 50 people with about 1,500 contracted clients on the platform. The business is cash-positive and has completed accelerator programs including 500 Global and Startup Wise Guys, and served as a payments partner for COP29 where it processed transactions for ~80,000 guests. Epoint has obtained a payments license in Georgia (early 2025) and is pursuing regional expansion into other CIS and Central Asian markets such as Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The company has an option-pool-based equity plan for employees and says the new financing will be used primarily to accelerate market expansion, licensing, banking integrations, and client onboarding.

PLATMA recently raised $2M in a pre-seed round at a $20M valuation. The company plans to use the funds to further enhance its technology, expand the team, and enter new markets. Its advisory board includes Christoph Daszkiewicz, a leading No/Low Code expert and Head of Software at Schneider Electric. PLATMA emphasizes enabling micro and small businesses to automate routine tasks and reduce development costs.
