- Axle
Led · Series A · Aug 2026
Axle provides infrastructure and AI agents that integrate with fragmented carrier systems to normalize unstructured insurance data into a single API for third parties. The company automates workflows including verification, monitoring, and policy updates and has tripled the number of workflows it automates in the past six months. Axle says it clears more than $100B in coverage annually for over 4,000 customers, including Rocket Mortgage, Avis, Experian, and Sonic Automotive, and has helped customers speed workflows by 20x and recover over $220M in losses. Founded by Cameron Duncan, Armaan Sikand, and Nihar Parikh, Axle plans to expand its clearinghouse to more than 50 segments spanning Home, Auto, Renters, Commercial, and Specialty and deepen direct carrier relationships. The company positions itself as the programmable clearinghouse for insurance used by dealers, lenders, rental companies, employers, and large enterprise customers.
- HappyRobot
Participated · Series C · Aug 2026
HappyRobot builds a vertical AI platform of production-ready agents that automate operational tasks across logistics, freight, and customer support. Its agents handle end-to-end work across phone, email, chat, document parsing, web browsing, and backend data entry, combining transcription, LLMs, voice generation, OCR, and browser automation. The platform integrates with TMS, ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems and is already used in production to negotiate shipping rates, book appointments, collect payments, recruit staff, and provide stakeholder updates. Founded in 2023 in Spain, the company emphasizes domain-specific agents tailored to messy, fragmented operational workflows rather than general-purpose copilots. HappyRobot plans to use new funding to expand hiring across engineering, go-to-market, and forward-deployed engineering teams who work on-site with clients to tailor and maintain AI workflows. Its rise is driven by labour shortages, rising operational complexity, and the inefficiencies of fragmented software stacks. HappyRobot builds an agentic AI conversational platform that automates complex logistics communications—handling inbound and outbound calls, carrier negotiations, data capture, load updates, scheduling, and payment-status inquiries. The platform integrates with existing systems to provide real-time analytics, intent detection, and 24/7 operational support. Customers report the AI agents have halved call times and reduced operational costs by roughly one third; by August the system had completed over 100,000 AI-driven calls and the company expects ten times that next year. HappyRobot’s agents answer calls 24/7 with no hold time, enabling human staff to focus on higher-value work. Notable customers include Flexport, Job&Talent, Spot Inc., Syfan Logistics, Best Bay Logistics, and Circle Logistics. The company says it will use new funding to accelerate product development and expand and support its customer base to transform logistics operations.
- Vector Legal
Led · Seed · Jul 2026
Vector Legal combines a traditional law firm model with proprietary automation software to reduce legal costs for startups. The platform handles routine tasks such as company formation, trademark filing, and document management while providing access to senior attorneys for high-stakes matters. The firm supports startups from formation through major financing events and acquisitions. Vector Legal was founded in 2026 by Mitch Duncombe and Keenan Venuti and is based in the United States. The company intends to expand its engineering and attorney teams as it develops its AI-native legal platform and scales operations.
- Antares Labs
Participated · Seed · Jul 2026
Antares Labs builds an AI platform that embeds directly inside real estate owner-operators’ environments, creating company-specific AI systems without requiring a data lake or system overhaul. Its forward-deployed teams work onsite with customers to learn workflows and build solutions that integrate with major foundation models (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic). The platform routes requests dynamically to optimize cost, performance, and quality while keeping proprietary data and logic within the customer’s environment. Antares positions its recommendations as fully traceable and audit-ready for finance, compliance, and boards, and says clients see ROI in roughly 30 days. The company is already working with large owner-operators including Quarterra. Antares announced its public launch from Chicago alongside its $7.25M seed raise.

Coval says its platform helps enterprises reduce manual QA processes by up to 30x and increase voice agent deployment times by up to 10x. Founded in 2024 by Brooke Hopkins and based in San Francisco, Coval is a Y Combinator graduate. The company has raised a total of $31 million to date, including the $28 million Series A announced in June 2026.
