Over the past year the company recovered more than $5 billion in otherwise-failed transaction volume, increased authorization rates by about 5%, saved customers over $500 million in processing costs, and added 150 new integrations. Global brands using Yuno include McDonald's, NetEase Games, GoFundMe, inDrive, and Rappi, and Yuno partners with providers such as dLocal and Prosa to white-label its technology. Founded in Colombia in 2022, the company is expanding its product footprint into in-person payments and agentic commerce while scaling its presence in the United States and deepening regional coverage in the Middle East.

Its debt now totals over $680 million following the new $150 million line led by J.P. Morgan and supported by Fasanara Capital. The platform positions itself as a conversion engine for merchant sales across a mix of SMEs and large brands. With the added liquidity, Addi plans to continue scaling its merchant and consumer network and to consolidate its market position in Colombia while exploring expansion into new markets. Fasanara’s third participation signals ongoing institutional investor confidence in Addi’s underwriting and risk model.
