  • Enter

    Participated · Series B · May 2026

Founded in September 2023 by Mateus Costa-Ribeiro, Michael Mac-Vicar and Henrique Vaz, Enter applies AI and large language models alongside proprietary databases to analyze cases, organize evidence and suggest legal strategies that are then reviewed by humans. The company reports processing more than 300,000 cases per year and handling about 20 billion tokens per day. Enter reached positive cash generation in its first year and recorded R$50 million in ARR in 2025, a figure the company says has grown 13-fold this year. Its revenue model mixes prepaid technology fees with a variable component tied to success in litigation—around 30% of revenue depends on case outcomes. Enter serves roughly 40 large corporate clients (including Latam Airlines, Azul, Santander, Bradesco, Nubank, C6 Bank, Vivo, SulAmérica and Airbnb), aims to double that base within the year, and plans international expansion (including the U.S.) and longer-term options such as an IPO.

  • Inner AI

    Led · Seed · Apr 2026

Founded in 2023 and headquartered in São Paulo, Inner AI builds AI-powered productivity and business automation tools. Its platform integrates more than 50 AI models, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, into a single workspace. The company serves enterprise clients such as Embraer, Vivo, Sabesp, and Bayer. Inner AI’s second product, Squad.com, is an autonomous, collaborative AI agent platform designed to enable always-on digital workers across business functions. The company plans to use proceeds from its Seed round to accelerate the launch and development of Squad.com. Following the Seed, Inner AI has raised a total of R$42 million.

  • FlyMedia

    Led · Equity · Dec 2025

FlyMedia develops, licenses and manages influencers that are entirely generated by artificial intelligence, treating each character as a scalable intellectual property from day one. Led by NG.Cash co-founder Victor Trindade, the company aims to build deep, enduring narrative universes rather than disposable social-media content. All characters are conceived to launch simultaneously in several languages and formats, positioning FlyMedia as a next-generation media company. The startup views this model as an evolution beyond the creator economy, enabling automated, data-driven operations at global scale. FlyMedia has secured an initial R$20 million capital injection, but no revenue or user metrics have yet been disclosed. Proceeds will fund the development of its first AI influencers, narrative worlds and cross-platform digital brands. Long-time collaborators from NG.Cash, including Mario Augusto (co-founder) and investors Antônio Nakad and Petrus Arruda, are involved in the venture, reinforcing strategic synergies.

  • Caveo

    Participated · Series A · Dec 2025

Founded in 2022, Caveo positions itself as a one-stop financial platform for physicians, providing a digital account, automated accounting, tax and financial management, and an AI assistant embedded in WhatsApp. The company already operates in 93% of Brazil’s medical schools and captured 8% of the country’s 2023 graduating physicians, 18% of the 2024 class, and is tracking toward roughly 40% of 2025 graduates. More seasoned doctors now represent 30% of new clients, reflecting Caveo’s move beyond early-career professionals. Roughly 95% of sales come via referrals and the startup reports an NPS close to 90 for the semester, underscoring strong user satisfaction and stickiness. Community features such as networking, educational tracks and practical job-placement support further deepen engagement and drive product adoption. Management sees Brazil’s ongoing medical workforce expansion—projected to exceed one million practitioners by 2035—as a key growth catalyst, given that over 70% of doctors still feel insecure about accounting and tax matters. With fresh capital, Caveo intends to broaden its feature set and cement itself as a lifelong financial partner for physicians.

  • Capim

    Participated · Series A · Feb 2025

Capim provides a dental-focused operating system that helps clinics digitize operations, manage appointments, and offer BNPL financing to patients. Its BNPL product allows payments up to 36 installments and, the company says, charges interest rates roughly 50% lower than traditional banks. Capim plans to launch a point-of-sale terminal that accepts credit/debit cards and PIX, lowers merchant discount rates, and integrates with its financial management module. The startup is also developing AI-powered tools to improve clinical operations and will use the new capital to accelerate go-to-market efforts and expand its clinic and patient network. Capim reports it has helped over 60,000 Brazilians access dental procedures, serves 6,000 clinics today and expects to reach over 10,000 by year-end. Founded in July 2021 and based in São Paulo, the company tripled revenue in 2024, added over 4,000 clinics last year, is not yet profitable but says it “broke even” at the end of last year, and employs about 130 people.
